With the example that the owner, Jim Morgan, has set it is easy to see why he values education so much. Customers want professionalism, and part of that is having the proper training to ensure the job is done well.

Why would someone buy from someone who doesn't tell them the truth? We don't understand it either, and since people are usually trusting by nature, it is a big responsibility for a company to not take advantage of that. Need a reference? We have them.
